Polycon uses the Material Design colour palette as well as the Flat Design colour palette, this is why the colours of all the icons blend in so well with one another. This is definitely an icon pack which will look fantastic on your device.
Please note that this icon pack is new, this may explain why there isn't allot of themed applications. Please don't rate the app 1 star because of this. If you want your apps themed, simply make a request via the app and you may see some of them in the next release. Thanks

WHAT'S NEW
The long awaited update is finally here! It brings various improvements and new icons!
- High Definition Icons - Allot of users had reported pixelation when looking at the icons, this got worse on large screens however I have fixed this issue!
- The update contains icon suggested by 5+ users, with other 50+ Icon combined.
- Donate button has been removed due to Play Stores terms. A donate version of the app is being considered.
- Lastly, I would like to thank everyone for their patience!
